Uiltje Amarillo Armadillo

Rumor has it back in 1848 a strange looking creature showed its snout in a bourgeois Boston bar. Two ladies fainted and a shot rang out. The four-legged culprit got away, but we like to think it was an Armadillo brought back by Lewis and Clark during their explorations out West. Dunno. Our Amarillo Armadillo memorializes this odd occasion. A New England style double IPA that is thick on the oats, heavy with the rye malts and chock-full of mystery. A jaw-breaking beer with sharp claws, body armor and an old wives’ tale.
